HD Hyundai Marine Solution Tech (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") informs you of the purposes and methods by which video information processed by the Company is used and managed through this Video Surveillance Policy.

1. Legal Basis and Purpose of Video Surveillance Installation

The Company installs and operates video surveillance equipment for the following purposes in accordance with Article 25, Paragraph 1 of the "Personal Information Protection Act."
- Facility safety, parking, and fire prevention
- Crime prevention for customer and employee safety
- Facility protection and prevention of unauthorized entry by outsiders

4. Collection, Protection Measures, and Processing Methods for Video Information

- We do not arbitrarily collect video information or use recording functions for any purpose beyond those specified in paragraph 1 above. Collected and stored video information is managed in a security system with access completely restricted to areas accessible only by authorized personnel, protected by passwords and locking devices.

- Video information captured and collected by video surveillance equipment is treated as confidential, and arbitrary viewing, playback, or external removal is prohibited.

- Requests for non-purpose use, provision to third parties, destruction, and viewing of personal video information are recorded and managed. Upon expiration of the retention period, the information is permanently deleted by irreversible methods (e.g., printed materials are shredded or incinerated).

5. Measures for Data Subjects' Requests to View Personal Video Information

You may request the viewing, confirmation of existence, or deletion of personal video information from the fixed video surveillance equipment operator at any time. However, this is limited to personal video information in which you appear.
When requests are made to view, confirm the existence of, or delete personal video information, the Company will take the necessary measures without delay.

6. Security Measures for Video Information

Video information processed by the Company is safely managed through physical security measures. Additionally, as an administrative measure to protect personal video information, the Company grants differentiated access rights to personal information and records, and manages the creation date and time, viewing purpose, viewer, and viewing date and time of personal video information to prevent forgery or alteration of personal video information.

7. Matters Concerning Changes to Personal Information Processing Policy

This Video Surveillance Equipment Operation and Management Policy was established on August 23, 2024. If there are additions, deletions, or modifications to the content due to changes in laws, policies, or security technology, the reasons for the changes and the updated content will be announced on the Company's website at least 7 days before implementation.
