HD Hyundai Marine Solution Tech (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") values the personal information of data subjects. The Company provides personal information to third parties only in cases covered by Articles 17 and 18 of the "Personal Information Protection Act," such as with the data subject's consent or under special provisions of law. When providing personal information to third parties, it will be announced through the website notice board.

B.When entering into a consignment contract, in accordance with Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company specifies in written contracts matters concerning the prohibition of processing personal information beyond the purpose of performing consigned tasks, security measures, restrictions on re-consignment, management and supervision of consignees, and liability for damages. The Company supervises whether consignees process personal information securely.
C.If the content of consigned tasks or the consignee changes, we will promptly disclose this through this Privacy Policy.
Article 7. Matters Concerning the Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices
The Company does not currently operate devices that automatically collect personal information generated during the use of services, such as cookies. However, if it becomes necessary to provide services in the future, the Company may install and operate automatic collection devices. In such cases, data subjects will have the option to consent to the installation of cookies or to refuse the storage of all cookies.
